The staff was helpful, great to leave our luggage before check-in and even carrying our luggage to the train station after check-out. The location was perfect, right across from Paddington train station, making it easy to access public transportation. The apartment was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. We also enjoyed the view of the nearby park.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location right beside Paddington train station made it incredibly accessible via public transport, which was perfect for exploring the city. Additionally, it is very near to LHR airport and Kensington Park, allowing for easy travel and leisure activities. The staff provided excellent service, from the welcome drink upon arrival to the efficient room service. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped with amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful and comfortable stay.

The hotel is truly a gem, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to all.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an amazing apartment just steps away from Paddington train station. The location couldn't have been more perfect for exploring the city and easily getting around. The apartment itself was cozy, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. The staff at the nearby hotel were extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. I especially appreciated the thoughtful welcome pack of biscuits and tea/coffee. It was truly a steal for the price and I would definitely book here again for my next trip.

The automatic light in the lobby could be a bit distracting if there were other guests staying, but it was manageable for me as a solo traveler.

I stayed at 12 London Street Apartments and was kinda surprised by the spaciousness of the first-floor apartment. It was perfect for my family of four. The location was ideal, being close to Paddington and convenient for exploring the city. The apartment itself was clean and the kitchen had a large fridge, handy. Despite some small inconveniences, such as a bathtub faucet needing to be fixed and a slow stove, we were able to make do and even had the option of ordering omelettes from a nearby cafe. The two bathrooms, with one having a shower, were also a plus.

I must mention that there were a few drawbacks to my stay. The apartment was located on the main road, making it noisy and potentially unsafe.

Despite the narrow staircase, we managed to carry our luggage up to the first floor without any major issues. The view from the apartment overlooking the park was good. I highly recommend this accommodation for its excellent location, cleanliness, and amenities.

The location of the apartment was great, awesome for easy travel around the city. There were good nearby pubs and restaurants where we could enjoy meals and drinks. The shower pressure was good and the bed sheets were clean.

The management of the apartment and related hotel did not respond to any of our emails, both before and after our stay. The check-in process took over 20 minutes as the reception couldn't find our reservation.
